x402 API Launchpad
Publish a stable machine contract, return HTTP 402 with current PAYMENT-REQUIRED terms when payment is needed, and accept a challenge-specific PAYMENT-SIGNATURE from caller-controlled wallet software.
Do not teach clients to depend on cached payTo values or legacy transaction-hash headers. Verify settlement and accepted delivery independently.
