What is live in V1, and what can it not do?
Realtime call setup, function brokering, x402 service discovery, fresh 402 quote inspection, spend-policy evaluation and evidence receipts are live. V1 deliberately has no signing path and cannot settle funds. SML will not advertise purchase execution, accepted-delivery settlement, ambient Witness, multi-tool paid operation or full spend auditing as production-live until those paths are individually verified.
