Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using a SCRIPTMASTERLABS service, you agree to these Terms of Service and any product-specific terms presented before purchase or use. If you use a service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Digital products and delivery

Our products are software and digitally delivered services. Depending on the product, delivery may occur through a website, hosted account, API endpoint, machine-readable interface, software key, usage credit, downloadable file, or other electronic method described at purchase.

3. Pricing and payment

Current public prices are shown on our pricing page or product contract before purchase. Some products are subscription-based; others are usage-based or pay-per-call. Payment may be processed through a third-party checkout provider or through supported machine-payment rails. Runtime API or checkout terms may supersede stale cached marketing text when clearly presented before purchase.

4. Accepted-delivery products

Where a product explicitly uses SCRIPTMASTERLABS accepted-delivery logic, payment authorization may be verified before execution, the requested job may be evaluated against published acceptance criteria, and settlement may occur only after accepted delivery. This workflow applies only where expressly stated for the relevant product or endpoint.

5. Accounts, credentials and acceptable use

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, API keys, wallets and account access under your control. You may not use our services to violate law, infringe rights, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, interfere with service operation, evade usage limits, abuse payment systems, or misrepresent identity or authorization.

6. Third-party services and data

Some products rely on third-party infrastructure, data sources, payment providers or software services. Availability, latency and data quality can be affected by those providers. Third-party names and services remain subject to their respective owners' terms.

7. Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

Subscription billing terms, renewal periods and cancellation methods are shown at checkout or in the applicable customer portal. You may cancel a recurring subscription before the next renewal through the available customer-management method. Any refund, credit or failed-delivery handling is governed by the product terms, checkout provider rules and applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

Except for open-source components governed by their own licenses, SCRIPTMASTERLABS software, branding, documentation, site content and proprietary systems are owned by Script Master Labs, LLC or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

9. Service changes

We may update, improve, replace, suspend or discontinue features. We will not knowingly charge for a materially different product without presenting the applicable terms before purchase or renewal.

10. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every third-party data source will always be available or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Script Master Labs, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the services. Any mandatory rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these terms, unlawful use, abuse, security risk, nonpayment or conduct that threatens the service or other users. Obligations that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as products, providers or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will remain posted here.
